Captain Sotiris Delipanagiotis
Sotiris was born and lives in Athens and he is 36 years old. Sotiris used to be in construction on large building projects. As most captains he began sailing at an early age, but his passion for sea made him change his career path and follow the Marine industry. He is a fully licensed RYA Yacht master Offshore Sailing and Motor yachts up to 200gt. His character allows him to be able to deal with any situation on the yacht as he is very responsible individual. He is not only serious at his job but also he is an amusing person able to communicate and fulfill all expectations of his clients. He speaks fluent English and Greek. When he is not on board he likes travel, sailing and getting involved with technology and gadgets. With his open attitude he welcomes you on board like a friend and does everything to make you the most wonderful sailing vacation with the perfect mix of adventure, fun, relax, and interesting conversations.
Chef Elissavet Mytiliniou
Elissavet was born in Greece and lives and works in Athens for many years. Elisasavet has diverse culinary skills to excite every pallet. Her cuisine includes: traditional and modern Greek. Japanese, molecular, Italian, Arabic, modern classical French cuisine and her speciality seafood. Through her training , professional experience and her social activities all these facets cultivated an individual to learn, dedication to her work, organizational skills, flexibility, competence in cooperation and communication with other. Elissavet works great under pressure, and memorizes all the peculiarities and dietary habits of the guests. Get ready to be delighted!
Deck Hand/Stewart Nikos Sevaxtis
Nikos has been working for the past three years as a deck hand on catamarans. He has a wonderful disposition and is always with a smile. He makes sure that the yacht is in top condition, his guests always with a full glass and to make any arrangements they need.
ANASSA can accommodate 12 guests in 5 cabins. 2 Queen Size cabins with additional pullman bed , shower and head. Another 2 cabins have a double bed, shower and head. Another cabin has a bunk bed and seperate head. ANASSA is fully air conditioned through out. Crew has a separate companionway, heads and shower.
