OUR POLICY

PAYMENT

Pre bookings : 50 % of charter hire down payment for booking of the yacht and the remainder 50 % + Fuel required,  4 weeks prior to set date of embarkation + delivery redelivery fees if required. APA to be remitted according to booking terms on contract.

During Season and local bookings: 100 % payment for booking of the yacht and APA (daily booking fuel requirement) to be remitted preferably upon embarkation as per booking contract terms. All Extras to be remitted as per booking contract terms.

CANCELATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply and depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:

In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:

  1. Policy of “Dossier’s expenses” 300 Euro for yacht over 50 Ft and of 150 Euro for yacht of less than 50 Ft will be applied for bookings cancelled in time period up to 90 days prior to boat embarkation.
  2. Cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period of 90-61 days prior to boat embarkation.
  3. Cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee, for bookings cancelled within a period of 60-31 days prior to boat embarkation.
  4. Cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for bookings cancelled in a period less than 30 days prior to boat embarkation. In case that the yacht under cancellation is re-chartered to another Charterer for the same period and under the same conditions only the dossier expenses will be charged.

COVID-19 POLICY

The COVID-19 pandemic is a situation that no one could have predicted. This is forcing everyone to re-evaluate plans and make many changes and sacrifices. During this time, it’s important that we all work together for the health of our clients, employees, crews, and our greater community while ensuring the viability of our industry coming out of this global crisis. Please work with us as we do our very best to navigate this situation and help you with your charter.

In the case of an Official Government Restriction to International Travels, due to COVID-19, be it for either incoming or departures, by the Country of Residence, the Country of Charter embarkation, or Country of Charter disembarkation of the CHARTERER, as noted on page one of the Agreement, prior to the commencement of the CHARTER PERIOD, the CHARTERER & OWNER shall agree in writing to re-schedule the original CHARTER PERIOD to a one-time mutually agreed charter period within the next 12months.
